30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please reach out to us via email at support@canvastoria.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that we cannot accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues: We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, or damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will work diligently to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items:

At Canvastoria, we strive to provide our customers with the finest quality artwork and an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure transparency and fair practices, we have established a Non-Returnable Items Policy.

1. Custom and Made-to-Order Items:

  • Products that are custom-made or made-to-order based on your specifications are non-returnable. These items are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

2. Personalized Artwork:

  • Any product that includes personalized elements, such as custom names, dates, or specific details chosen by the customer, falls under the non-returnable category.

3. Clearance and Sale Items:

  • Clearance and sale items are sold at a discounted price, and as such, are considered final sale with no returns accepted. Please carefully review your selection before purchasing.

4. Limited Edition Art:

  • Items labeled as limited edition or marked as such are non-returnable due to their exclusive and limited nature.

5. Digital Products:

  • Any digital products, including but not limited to downloadable prints, are non-returnable.

Exclusions and Considerations:

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, Canvastoria will gladly address the issue through our customer support. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report any damages or defects.

Exchanges: For a quick and efficient exchange, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without the need for justification. The same return criteria apply in this case, including the condition of the item, tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
